Danny Rifkin is a founding
partner of North River Capital LLC. He had
previously been President and CEO of
OmniSource Corporation, and a member of
its Board of Directors. His tenure
there spanned 31 years.
After the sale of the
company to Steel Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ),
in October 2007, Rifkin was named
Executive VP of SDI, President and Chief
Operating Officer of its Metals Recycling
Segment, and elected to SDI's Board of
Directors for the second time. In
July 2008, Rifkin, along with other senior
executives of OmniSource resigned from all
positions at SDI to found North River
Capital.
Danny was also a founder of
the Fort Wayne Center for Learning, a
not-for-profit organization that provides
specialized developmental services to
children with processing-based learning
disabilities. He served as Board President
of FWCL from 2003-2010 and is a Trustee
of the Rifkin Family Foundation, which is
engaged in philanthropic activities.
He was born in 1954, is a
native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, and
graduated from Elmhurst High School. He
attended The Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania and earned a
B.S. degree from the University of Miami
in 1977.

Richard S. Rifkin
Richard Rifkin is one
of the founding partners of North
River Capital LLC. He had previously
been Executive Vice-President of
OmniSource Corporation and a member
of its Board of Directors. His
tenure there spanned more than 29
years.
Rick was responsible
for the oversight of much of the
substantial growth in the company’s
non-ferrous metals processing and
trading segments.
Rick currently serves
on the Board of Trustees of the
Canterbury School Foundation, is a
member of the Board of Directors of
Sycamore Hills Golf Club, and a
Trustee of the Rifkin Family
Foundation.
Rick was born in Fort
Wayne in 1957 and graduated from
Elmhurst High School. He
attended Washington University in
St. Louis and earned a B.S. degree
from the Indiana University Kelley
School of Business in 1980.

Martin S. Rifkin
Martin
Rifkin is one of the founding
partners of North River Capital LLC,
an equity capital firm based in Fort
Wayne, Indiana. Until 2008, he had
been Executive Vice President of
Non-Ferrous for OmniSource
Corporation. The privately held firm
was one of the largest scrap metal
companies in North America. Over 23
years, Rifkin was instrumental in
the development and growth of
OmniSource’s wire chopping and
recycling business segment, which
grew to be the largest single
processor in North America.
Born in Fort Wayne in
1960, Rifkin graduated Magna Cum
Laude with a business degree from
Boston University in 1982 and
graduated J.D. Cum Laude from
Washington College of Law at
American University in Washington,
DC, in 1985. He served on the board
of Compass Environmental, a Chicago
based environmental remediation and
land development firm, until its
sale in November 2007.

Gary E. Rohrs
Gary
Rohrs is a founding partner of North River
Capital LLC, an equity capital firm
based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He had
previously been Executive Vice
President and CFO of OmniSource
Corporation. OmniSource was a
privately-held metal recycling company
that had been one of North America’s
largest scrap metal processing and
trading companies prior to its sale to
Steel Dynamics, Inc. Rohrs served as
CFO at OmniSource from August 1995
through July 2008, when he and other
senior executives of OmniSource
resigned and joined to form North
River Capital.
Prior
to OmniSource, Rohrs was at
Doehler-Jarvis, Inc., then one of the
largest aluminum die-casters in the
United States, headquartered in
Toledo, Ohio, from 1991 through 1995.
He was Vice President and CFO for
Doehler and served as a part of the
senior management team that lead the
company to a successful turnaround and
ultimate sale of the company in 1995.
Prior to Doehler-Jarvis, he was at
Deloitte & Touche from 1983-1991,
lastly as Senior Manager, with his
primary service area in mergers and
acquisitions.
Rohrs
was born in 1955. He has a B.S. in
Accounting and Finance from Defiance
College and an MBA in Finance from the
University of Toledo.

Grant A. Schultz
Grant
Schultz is one of the founding
partners of North River Capital LLC,
an equity capital firm based in Fort
Wayne, Indiana. Prior to North River
Capital, he was Vice President of
Strategic Development for OmniSource
Corporation, a position he held for 11
years. In that position, he helped
develop and implement the strategy
that resulted in OmniSource growing
from a strong regional company to the
largest scrap metal recycler in North
America. He maintained primary
responsibility for Strategic Planning
and Mergers & Acquisitions during
a period where the company completed
and integrated more than a dozen
acquisitions.
Prior
to OmniSource, Schultz spent 10 years
in various management roles in
operational, financial, and
administrative capacities. He has
worked in a variety of industries
including Tier 1 automotive, consumer
product manufacturing, underground
mining, and chemical processing.
Schultz
was born in 1962 and is a native of
Idaho Falls, Idaho, where he graduated
from high school in 1981. He earned a
B.S. in Natural Resources Ecology from
Colorado State University in 1985 and
an MBA from the University of
Tennessee in 1988.

Jennifer L. Wilson
Jennifer L. Wilson
is one of the founding partners of
North River Capital LLC and also
serves as the Administrative Executive
for the firm. Prior to North River
Capital, Wilson was with OmniSource
Corporation for nearly 18 years, most
recently in the position of Vice
President of Tax & Treasury.
In that role, Wilson
was responsible for corporate
administration of all cash management,
tax planning, and tax reporting
activities for a $3 billion
corporation with over 2,500 employees.
In addition to her normal duties, she
was also involved in the due
diligence, structuring, and tax
planning for a variety of start-ups,
mergers, and acquisitions.
Before accepting a
position at OmniSource, Wilson was
employed by Ernst & Young. She
spent a year in the Audit Department
and then 3 years in the Tax
Department. During her tenure at E
& Y, she was assigned to
OmniSource, which eventually resulted
in her move from public accounting to
private industry.
Wilson was born in
1965 and is a native of Fort Wayne,
Indiana. She earned a B.A. in
Accounting from Indiana University in
1987, and became a CPA in 1988.

Paul Everett
Paul Everett joined North River Capital LLC in 2009 and became a Partner in 2011. Prior to North River Capital, Everett was with OmniSource Corporation for 15 years, most recently in the position of Vice President of Accounting.
In his role at OmniSource, Everett was responsible for all accounting activities for the corporation. Paul was also involved in merger and acquisitions including due diligence and post closing integration. Paul was also a key team lead in the corporation’s successful ERP system conversion.
Before joining OmniSource, Everett was employed with NACCO Materials Handling Group, a world wide manufacturer of Hyster and Yale branded material handling equipment where he served as Plant Controller and Director of Planning for the Americas Division.
Prior to NACCO, Everett worked with Doehler-Jarvis, an aluminum die caster located in Toledo, Ohio and with Deloitte &
Touche, lastly as a Manager in the audit group.
Everett was born in 1963. He earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Toledo in 1986, and became a CPA in 1988.
